Failure to check in by 21H00 without prior arrangement may result in the booking being treated as a "No Show".
Guests are required to check out by 10h00 on the day of departure. The guesthouse reserves the right to charge for an extra night where guests have not checked out by 10h00, unless prior arrangement has been made with us .

Normal check in time 14;00 - 21:00 .Arrivals after 21:00 a additional service fee of R100-00 per booking may be applicable,EXCEPT BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
