- If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

- If cancelled later, modified or in case of no show, 100 percent will be charged.

- At time of booking we charge your credit card 50% to guarantee your reservation.

- The other 50% needs to be paid 14 days before arrival.
