TERMS AND CONDITIONS -

BOOKINGS:
- Rates include 15% VAT and are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Rates may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Upon arrival you will be:
- Required to complete and sign the resort’s indemnity form.
- Camping sites will be issued with a vehicle permit.
- Paying the additional charges (also payable in advance, see BANKING DETAILS below):
- Additional charges are valid until 28 February 2021 after which new rates
will apply
- An admin fee of R35 for one night bookings.
- An admin fee of R80 for two or more nights’ bookings.
- An admin fee of R145 for group bookings.
Group bookings apply when six or more accommodation units/camp stands are booked.
No group gatherings are allowed between units/camp stands. Groups are required to book a hall/lapa (subject to availability).
- The cost for an additional adult is R95 per night and R65 per night for an additional child under 12. No extra cost for a child under 6.
Only one additional person is allowed above the accommodation unit limit.
You are required to provide your own mattress, bedding and cutlery/crockery for the additional person.
- Bookings allow for one vehicle per accommodation unit/camp stand. Additional vehicles @ R60.00 per night.
- By paying you confirm that:
- your dates and accommodation/camping type(s) are correct.
- you will adhere to all terms and conditions as well as the resort rules.

No keys or permits will be issued until the full account has been settled.
Cheque payments are not acceptable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Check-in time for accommodation units and camp stands is from 14:00.
Check-out time is 10:00
- Smoking in accommodation units is strictly prohibited.
- No tents will be allowed next to any unit.
- Guests using our camping facilities must please bring their own power point adaptor and portable braai.
- The standard size per camp stand is 10m x 10m. Your vehicles, boat and caravan must fit onto your specified campsite (and may not overlap onto adjoining campsites). No sleeping in vehicles will be tolerated.
- No pets of any kind are allowed, with the exception of quide dogs.
- Tariffs include entrance to our Amusement park and discount at our heated pool. You are required to pay additional fees for the use of the amenities, including the waterslides and adventure golf. Refer to our website for the tariffs as well as the times for the heated pool.
- Own swimming towels and dishcloths must be provided.
- No music is permitted at the resort from motor vehicles or private sound systems/equipment.
Please consider the other guests by keeping noise levels at a minimum. Should we receive any complaints at any time regarding loud music or behaviour, you will be requested to behave appropriately. Failure or refusal to adhere to the rules and values of the ATKV may result in you being asked to vacate the resort and you will not be entitled to any refunds.
Silence must be maintained between 23:00 and 07:00.
- Guests who leave the resort prior to the date of departure for any reason will not be entitled to a refund or discount.
- No motorbikes or ATV four-wheelers are allowed at the resort.
- Only accepted swimwear will be allowed.
- Please note that during our out of season midweeks, there may be conference and/or school groups at the resort.

If cancelling 2 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 29 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit R80.00.
