This spacious, double-storey air-conditioned villa can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and open-plan living areas. The main, second, and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower or bath.

The villa also features a main living area with a fireplace, an informal lounge, and an entertainment room. The main living area leads out to the covered balcony, which boasts a gas braai facility, an outdoor dining table with seating, and a private plunge pool overlooking the estate and distant ocean over the trees and rooftops.

The estate boasts swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, a spa, tennis and squash courts, and a private beach where various water sports can be enjoyed by arrangement, to name but a few facilities and activities.

Important Information

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the establishment.

- Guests will be sent an invoice for the refundable breakage deposit which is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- Along with the invoice guests are required to complete a Zimbali questionnaire and ZEMA form (all guests' full names and ID numbers to be filled in and date of birth for children under the age of 16 years. This information is required at least 4 days prior to arrival.
- Please note Zimbali is extremely strict regarding noise levels and guests are fined for any loud talking/music after 22:00.
- No additional visitors are allowed. Only the 8 guests on the ZEMA form will be allowed entry.
- Zimbali does not have a swimming beach.
- Please note that we cannot accept bookings without 48 hours notice before check-in as Zimbali will not allow guests into the property without the necessary notice and thus your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 45 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 240 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
