Important Information

No Show Policy
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by email to the Guesthouse. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee plus government Taxes and Levies will be levied gainst you. In the event where a deposit has been paid, these fees will be deducted from that amount.
Payment Terms
Bookings must be secured be payment of a percentage of the accomodation costs or by way of a billing voucher (for bookings made by 'n Travel Agent). Payment may be made via EFT into the banking details supplied on the bottom of this page or via credit card. Should a person fail to pay such deposit or present a billing voucher by the due date, the Guesthouse may treat the booking as having been cancelled without furthur notice.
Check-in is from 14h00 and Check-out by 10h00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 29 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
