BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: Excluded from the per night rate is a REFUNDABLE breakage deposit @ R1500 (minimum) that MIGHT be charged on bookings longer than a week/7 nights. Payment is to be made via credit card directly to this establishment no less than 3 days prior to check in date.
DEPOSIT: Deposit due within 48-hours of booking
BALANCE: Due no less than 30-days prior to stay
KEY COLLECTION: Once we are in receipt of full payment the guest will be emailed key collection hand over details.

50% deposit of the total property rental is required to secure the booking.

- Payment of the deposit confirms that guests have accepted the booking terms and conditions.

- The balance and refundable breakage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival date.

- If the balance has not been paid by the required date, the managing agent is entitled to cancel the booking and retain the full deposit.

- Should guests cancel the booking more than 30 days before arrival then 50% of the deposit is refundable

- Should guests cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then 0% of the deposit is refundable

- The breakage deposit will be refunded after the stay less any breakages, if any.

- Cancellations and dates amendments must be requested in writing. Amendment of dates will be based on availability and minimum stay will apply.
