The modern, spacious holiday home with 253 square meters of living and usable space, three bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), and two bathrooms is at the foot of the green Constantia Valley! The tastefully furnished entrance area alone suggests that the house is attractively designed. There is parking for two cars in a very spacious double garage. Fast internet access and a powerful "backup system for load shedding" are available!

The spacious living room has floor-to-ceiling glass walls and sliding glass doors to the garden. The open kitchen has a seating area in front of the fireplace, a large dining table, a beautiful bar with shelves and a drinks fridge. The four bedrooms have king-size or queen-size beds, all with first-class mattresses.
The two bathrooms have a spacious shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, and sink. The main bathroom also has a bathtub.

The open, fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, two wine fridges, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, etc., and a kitchen bar with children's high chairs.

You can access the terrace from the living room, which has a wooden deck, a large grill, and a dining table. This terrace is connected to the garden, with a solar-heated 30 sqm swimming pool equipped with an electrically operated cover. The garden also has a climbing frame for the little climbing monsters.

Villa Verdot is only a few kilometres from the Constantia Wine Route, with 11 wineries and numerous good-to-first-class restaurants. The lavishly designed wineries invite you to wine tastings and walks. All of this is just a short distance from False Bay with the long sandy beach of Muizenberg.

Important Information

Booking Process:

When potential guests show interest in a booking, we will email them an offer that includes all relevant conditions, e.g., length of stay, daily rate after all discounts, and total rent.

After our guests accept the offer, which is valid for seven days, they will receive an email booking confirmation, including the deposit percentage, the ultimate date for the balance payment, and our banking details.

Reductions and Extra Costs:

Our prices on our list apply to certain booking times: 3-6, 7-13 days,14- 27, 28-59, and 60-89 days. Please enquire about daily costs for stays of 90 nights or more.

Extra-person in the room (occupation more than standard):
No extra costs will be charged for a maximum of 2 children up to 2 years sleeping in a baby cot, which we provide free of charge.

Payment Methods:
Please pay to our account (EFT) free of charge for us, using a credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) or cash payment on the day of arrival (special arrangement only).

Arrival and Departure:
Check-In:
Not before 2:00 pm / latest 8:00 pm on the day of arrival
Check-Out:
Not before 7:00 am / at the latest 11:00 am on the day of departure.

In exceptional cases, we work out an individual check-in or check-out time as far as possible. This, of course, depends upon the arrival or departure time of the previous guests, where we have to leave a fair amount of time to clean the units thoroughly.

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 40% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation between 120 and 60 days before stay – 60% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 120 days before stay – 80% of the deposit will be refunded
