There are 4 bedrooms in total featuring 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have access to the home's 3 shared bathrooms, one fitted with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower only. These bedrooms have rechargeable battery bulbs in the beside lamps.

A booking fee and a departure cleaning fee will be charged per booking.

A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
An administrative fee of 17.25% will apply to all cancellations.
