The Steenbokkie house is unique in its location, design and top end finishing, built for the purpose of holiday accommodation. The 4-bedroom house sleeps 8 guests in comfort and luxury. Two rooms have an extra-length queen-size bed and other two rooms each contain two three-quarter beds. All of the rooms have their own en-suite facilities. With the entertainment area upstairs and bedrooms downstairs, it allows those who prefer early nights to rest in peace whilst others enjoy later evenings.

The home has a large 850-square foot open-plan living area that features a large lounge area with an Apple TV, an indoor braai allowing for all weathers, a large dining table to enjoy meals, and a fully equipped kitchen that has an amazing panoramic view. The main entertainment area opens to a balcony with stunning views of the Langebaan Country Estate, and is the ideal place to enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets.

The home also has a downstairs kitchen and dining area with a small courtyard.

- The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
- The units are each located at a different street address. The property address will be provided once the booking has been confirmed. The directions provided are for the Langebaan Country Estate.
- The establishments are not suitable for parties, student groups, bachelor-, bachelorette parties. There are also strict noise policies in place and guests are asked to please be mindful of the residents in the area and refrain from making loud noises or disturbances. Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect if they fail to comply with the rules.
- Strictly no smoking inside the units.
- Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
- Guests are welcome to bring their decoder, remote and smart card to view DStv.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
All cancellations, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
