Important Information

Cleaning:
You will find the house clean on arrival. The house is serviced Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, the house can be serviced only by arrangement. An extra payment will apply. The cleaning staff have a key and will access the house at 10 am. If you do not want the house serviced during the week, kindly hang the do not disturb sign on the kitchen door and our ladies will come back the next day.

Deposit Payments are to be made no later than 48 hours after booking.
A refundable “Breakages Deposit” of R2,500.00 is applied to all bookings.
Booking Enquiries can only be held for a maximum duration of 48 hours.
No Parties allowed and No Loud Music.
Pets are not allowed to sleep on couches or beds.
Familiarize one's yourself with detailed TCs on our website and booking forms.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
