Important Information

A non-refundable pet deposit of R200 per pet is payable with the balance 7 days before arrival. Quality linens, towels and beach towels provided. In-room safe to accommodate laptop.

A R2000 key & breakage deposit is payable at least 7 working days prior to arrival and is refundable within 5 - 7 working days, after house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit having been received.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
