The apartment is perfectly situated on the ocean front, within easy walking distance of the V&A Waterfront, OZCF market, restaurants, delis and grocery stores in either direction along Beach Road.

The apartment is fully furnished in contemporary comfort, with loft-style atmosphere, exposed rafters, vintage steamer trunks, massive mirrors and original artwork.

The living area has a large corner lounge unit, with a separate study area equipped with a wooden desk, a ergonomic office chair and a bookshelf.

Drift off to sleep in a very comfortable queen-sized bed, lulled by the sounds of the ocean, and wake to birdsong from Green Point Park – or enjoy the quiet and privacy of double glazing.

The bathroom has a shower and there is a walk-in dressing room as well. A open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking.

- Deposit/Payment can be made via credit card authorization (excl. 3,5% card fee) or direct bank transfer (copy of transaction to be emailed or faxed).

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation 45 Days plus prior to arrival: 0% penalty.
- Cancellation 30 to 45 Days prior to arrival: Forfeit 25% of total booking costs.
- Cancellation 15 to 30 Days prior to arrival: Forfeit 50% of total booking costs.
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: Forfeit 100% of total booking costs.
- An additional 10% handling fee will be charged on all cancellations.
