* Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card

* Non-Arrival without cancellation will be charged 100% cancellation.
* Cancellation less than 7 days will be charged 100% cancellation.
* From 7 days to 14 days will be charged 75% of the full stay.
* From 14 days to 21 days will be charged 50% of the full stay.
* From 21 days to 30 days will be charged 25% of the full stay.
* Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.

* Once your booking and trip details have been confirmed, please send us all your relevant travel details, including estimated time of arrival and whether you require airport collection. One of our mangers will be at the entrance to the Marina to welcome you upon arrival.
* Check-in time is at 2 pm
* Checkout is at 10am on the day of departure. If an extended checkout time is needed, please contact us prior to the time so that necessary arrangements can be made in advance.
* We have a duty manager available 24 hours a day to ensure you are well looked after throughout your stay.
* Our rooms are serviced daily for the first week of your stay. Thereafter it defaults to every second day, unless requested otherwise.
* Unfortunately as much as we love our furry friends, the Marina does not allow any pets. Only service dogs/ animals will be accommodated and prior notification is imperative to ensure we complete the necessary paperwork.

*On rare occasions we would need to change your apartment type but guarantee that it would be of the same standard / category or even a complimentary upgrade to a higher category of apartment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
An administrative fee of 15 % will apply to all cancellations.
