The house is only 100 metres from the beach, awalking distance to the Resort Shop which has most of everything needed for your getaway. It's got a private enclosed yard with a cosy braai area.

Pearly Dunes is a free-standing home that has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open-plan kitchen with living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a tumble dryer as well as a washing machine. The living area is equipped with a TV comfortable couches and a sleeper couch. Leading out from the living area is a covered patio with a built-in braai. All linen and bath towels are provided . Guests need to bring their own beach towels please. Pearly Dunes is not pet friendly.

Important Information

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.

-A R 500-00 key deposit is payable by cash on arrival.
-Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
-Supplies are limited in Pearly Beach so stock up in Hermanus or Gansbaai.
-All guests, family and friends are welcome, but should leave the premises at 22:00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
-Cleaning of the unit on departure is included but we do encourage tipping the cleaning lady.
-Should you require a cleaning service during your stay there is an additional charge of R 150.00 per service.
-Should your booking exceed 7 nights, we off 1 cleaning service free of charge which includes clean linen, towels and wash cloths.
-Guests would need to lodge a R100-00 disk deposit at the gate entrance as to allow for entry in and out of the resort.
- Children aged between 0 and 1 stay free.
- Children aged between 1 and 2 pay 50% of the sliding scale rate.
