The cottage is not suitable for children or pets. The cottage offers accommodation for 4 adult guests and has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, kettle, utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is a coffee station and drinking cabinet in the lounge. The lounge has leather couches where guests can relax. There is a smart TV. The dining room also has a beautiful view of the sea and rocks. A lovely covered, semi-sheltered braai room with comfortable seating offers guests a gas braai as well as a built-in braai and a small basin.

At an additional rate, a cleaner can be organised for weekdays. Cleaners are not available on weekends or over public holidays. Guests can bring their own DStv decoder, board games, books or technological entertainment along.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R750 admin fee per booking.

Palmer's Rock Cottage is not suitable for children or pets as the pool does not have a safety net.

The pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the cottage.

No breakage deposit is payable in advance. Guests are responsible for all breakages that might have occurred during your stay.

An additional fee will be charged for pets.

Guests should not sit on any furniture with wet clothes. Guests should not braai on the deck with either wood or charcoal. We kindly ask all guests to use placemats at all times to protect the furniture. Full house rules will be sent to guests.

Please note that the accommodation is a self-catering unit and that no cleaning products, toilet paper, etc. are provided.

Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests should not take the bath towels to the beach or use them by the pool.

Guests are requested to bring their own swimming towels.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
