Internet Access:
The internet is limited to 3G cellular. Suitable for checking emails and basic use, but not for streaming or work that requires high-speed connectivity.
Arrival Time:
Check-in is before 18:00. Late arrivals may be accommodated via key access if arranged in advance.
Children:
Young children are welcome. Parents/guardians are responsible for their safety and behavior. If you have concerns, please ask before booking.
Pool Access:
The pool is safely enclosed behind a gate and is shared with the complex. Supervision is required at all times; no unsupervised access is permitted.
Resource Use:
Water and power are limited. Please use resources responsibly. Excessive use will incur additional charges.
Guests:
No additional overnight guests are allowed.
Noise:
Keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors. Enjoy your stay while being considerate of others.
Usage Restrictions:
The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals only. It is not for parties, receptions, festivals, meetings, commercial use, or exceeding the registered number of guests. Unauthorized commercial use will incur a charge of R10,000 per day.
Mail and Packages:
The rental does not provide a mailing address. Contact us in advance if you need to receive packages.
Wi-Fi:
The flat includes mobile LTE Wi-Fi with a 150 GB monthly limit. Additional data can be purchased at your expense.
Smoking:
Smoking is permitted only outdoors, away from doors and windows. Ensure all flames are extinguished and windows are closed after use.
Fire Safety:
Do not make fires in strong winds. Ensure all flames are fully extinguished and windows are closed.
Laundry:
Do not hang laundry on balconies or balustrades.
Indemnity:
The person who made the reservation accepts responsibility for their party and agrees to the terms outlined.
- Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following type of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
