******How do I enter the Security Gate for access to the Village?
*Once your Booking is confirmed.
- You will receive a Barcode Scan on your phone to scan at the security gate for entrance.
- Please make sure to have your Drivers License or ID on hand.
- Should you be travelling with your own vehicle, the licence disk will be scanned and must be valid so it can register on the security system for entrance.
EACH ENTERING GUEST:
- Please confirm and make sure that you know which unit number you have reserved, security will need the information every time you enter the gate.
The guard will asked the following questions to you, UNIT number and reason for coming to the waterfront.
Where do I get my Unit’s Key’s?
All our units are fitted with an Electronic Door Lock.
The Door is opened with a PIN
The PIN will be sent with the Barcode Scan to your mobile device

The number of guests per unit is restricted kindly take note of the number of guests allowed per unit.
All Units are No Smoking Units
VISITORS
Only Booked IN and Paying Guests allowed - No Visitors
VEHICLES
20 km speed limit is strictly enforced
ANIMALS
Unfortunately, No Pets Allowed
BALCONIES
The wooden decks are highly flammable therefore No form of cooking or flames are allowed on the deck
Please refrain from hanging towels or clothes over the balconies.
WASHING
Some of the Units are fitted with Washing Machines, alternatively
For your convenience there’s a Laundromat situated inside the complex for laundry washing.
POOL / JETTY’S / WATERS EDGE - AREAS
Let’s keep the children safe, Children must always be under adult supervision at the pools or near the waters edges. Surf boards, knee boards, etc. are not allowed in the swimming pools.
No alcohol permitted in pool areas
Keep It Clean - Please do not litter as the litter can be blown into the harbour canal.
FISHING
We are all about Fishing!
Please feel free to fish from the grass at the Pool sides or from your Balcony should your unit be directly over the waters edge. However, we do ask that you do not Fish from Jetty’s as private owned boats can be damaged.
COMMUNAL CONSIDERATION
No guest is allowed to play loud music or make any other excessive noise in their unit, or any other part of the common property that may be disturbing to other people.
All guests are expected to ensure that a quiet time is observed between 22h00 and 07h00
No Smoking or consuming Alcohol allowed at the swimming pools or any other common property.
SAFETY FIRST
Please be aware of Hippos and Crocodiles
The safety and comfort of our guests is very important to us.
We proud ourselves in the fact that Mzingazi Village has excellent 24hrs Security
The security is also responsible for ensuring adherence of the aforementioned rules of the Village
Therefore, the security of Mzingazi Village will have the right to enforce conduct rules and to deny access or remove such a person from the property refusing to comply.
Guests enter and use the premises, parking area, swimming pools, decks, jetty’s, surrounds, stairs on the premises and participate in any activities at the premises entirely at own risk. Guests use the premises entirely at their own risk and it includes without limitation pools, ponds, recreational areas.
