* R400 key and breakage deposit payable in season.
* R200 key and breakage deposit payable out of season.
* The key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded into the client's bank account after inspection checks have been done. This refund of the deposit is done within 24 to 48 hours.
*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
*We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
