Upon entering the house, you are greeted with the double volume entrance hall with feature chandelier, with hallways leading to the stylish indoor & outdoor entertainment area where you then arrive out at the landscaped private garden and are welcomed by a sparkling, bright-blue pool. With regards to sleeping arrangements, four double bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms) will make sure that you get the most of your night’s rest. bedroom 1 has a balcony with French doors, perfect for those hot, sultry nights overlooking the pool and garden.

The Maison du Cap has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fireplace and flat screen TV, just about everything you could dream of, all in an open plan luxury dining area and living room.

With regards to safety and security, the Villa is a fully gated premises, has private parking (2 double garages) , resident staff as well as a full security system. The beautiful, sandy beach is a 2-minute walk around the corner from Maison du Cap and is legendary amongst wind and kite surfers. The beach, as its name suggests, is famous for its glorious sunsets and breath-taking views of its surroundings.
