Kaaimans Holiday House is a value-for-money sea-facing, 4 bedroom cottage situated on a private 39 hectare property in Kaaimans, the famous Waterfall forming part of this pristine estate. The are 2 properties adjoining but private from this cottage. Ideal if combined for a large family or group of friends (sleeps in total 18 – 20).
Kaaimans Holiday House offers a very spacious, wrap-around and fully enclosed landscaped garden making it the ideal holiday accommodation.
Refurbished with beautiful finishes and special touches throughout, it comprises of 4 individually decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area, a well equipped kitchen as well as a spacious sea-facing patio with BBQ/Braai and tables with chairs.
The first bedroom has a door for private access, a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom contains twin beds while the third bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a large shower, separate toilet and washing machine. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, a wall mounted bookshelf with a variety of reading material and shares an en suite bathroom with the third bedroom.
The large living area has a sliding door that opens into the lounge with comfortable couches, a TV with full package DSTV and a DVD/Video player. The dining area contains a 6 seater dining table and a door that leads out onto a patio with gorgeous sea and garden views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine.
Undercover parking for 2 cars is available as well as ample additional on-site parking. Pre-arrival clean included. Additional cleaning upon request, to be paid during your stay.
NOTE: The owners with their dogs also live on the property but are very private/separate from Kaaimans Holiday House & Cottage.
