Kaaimans Holiday Cottage is a perfectly positioned 3 bedroom Self-Catering Cottage situated on a private 39 hectare property in Kaaimans, the famous Waterfall forming part of this pristine estate. There are an additional 2 properties on the same property adjoining but private from this cottage. Ideal if combined for a large family or group of friends (sleeps in total 18 – 20).

This cottage has a modern feel to it, beautifully furnished throughout. It consists of 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and kitchen as well as an undercover, wraparound balcony with BBQ/Braai facilities.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom contains bunk beds with a dressing table and the third bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together on request. All bedrooms have large windows that overlook the beautiful garden and feature sea views. The bathroom is separate with a shower over bath and separate toilet.

The lounge has a comfortable couch and a sofa with a plasma TV with full package DSTV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge/freezer, and a microwave as well as a bar counter with dining chairs.

The outside area is wraparound and features an undercover patio with a table large enough to seat 6, a portable BBQ/braai as well as beautiful views. There is ample on-site parking.

NOTE: Pets can be accommodated upon request only and must be supervised – Kaaimans Holiday Cottage is not fenced in and there are other animals on the property.

- Kaaimans Holiday House & Kaaimans Holiday Cottage only: Pets upon prior request, subject to owner confirmation. Pet policy applies.

- This property has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets and septic tank friendly cleaning materials to be used please.
- Denneberghof The Annex: Owner lives in the same house but are separate and private from The Annex, with own access.
- Owners friendly and lovable pets reside on the property.
- R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping is an optional extra, subject to availability upon request.
- The balance of the booking, cleaning fee and breakage deposit is payable directly to the property management company no later than 1 month before check-in.
