Jolie Blanc has four bedrooms and can accommodate either 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 children.

The downstairs bedroom is an airy and relaxing space with a Queen-size bed and a large, light en-suite bathroom with both shower and bath.

The master bedroom upstairs has wonderful city views and an absolute treat of a bathroom with both bath and shower. It is furnished with a King-size, extra length bed and has a fantastic perspective of Table Mountain from the private balcony.

The second upstairs bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite with a bath, and boasts views of Lion’s Head and Signal Hill. The third upstairs bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has both a shower and bath in the en-suite. These two bedrooms share a balcony that allows you to look out over the city as well as the surrounding mountains.

Both living rooms have full PVR Digital Satellite TV on big screens with DVD players. The downstairs living area has a knock-out sound system that plays through the house or just in the living room if so required.

There is a gas fire place in the downstairs living room, under-floor heating throughout the upstairs [not beneath the downstairs sprung wooden floors] and heated towel rails in all bathrooms.

Straight off this centre of cooking, dining and lounging is a bright family room which opens out to an indoor/ outdoor living area and Caribbean wood-decked pool. Set in a Kikuyu-grass garden which is brilliant under bare feet, bathed in sun, it also features a natural umbrella of a tree for outdoor entertaining beneath the branches.

Important Information

Damage deposit:
Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the property and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. A damage deposit will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. Please see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required. Cash. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the property for any damages. Credit card: All deposits paid with a credit card will be refunded to that same card used for payment made, between 4 to 7 days following departure into the property, and after inspection for damages.

Property cleaning:
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the property in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the property tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The property will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate.

Check-in time:
The property will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash.

Check-out time:
You should leave the property before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival: 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount. Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. In the event that the guest changes the dates or property, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy. If BookNow is not able to provide the client with the property that s/he booked, the client will be informed and will be offered a new property with similar features. If both parties are not able to reach an agreement, the client will be refunded the amount paid, subject to the following conditions: 100% of the rental amount before arriving to the property. The percentage corresponding to the days not used of the booked stay.
