Hornbills Rest Country Home

Hornbills Rest Country Home is a private self-catering home located on the owner’s property, offering a tranquil hideaway on the outskirts of Phalaborwa. The establishment is ideally situated 12 km from the Phalaborwa Kruger National Park gate and is the ideal base for a host of activities including game drives, river cruises, and golf.

The house comfortably accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, scullery dining area and lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds in each. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is also a seperate guest toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is fitted with a gas stove, an electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast table with bench seating, as well as a separate scullery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the spacious lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV.
