The False Bay Beaches and the golf courses in the Southern Suburbs are an easy 15-minute drive away, while the Table Mountain Cableway and the City of Cape Town are no more than 25 minutes away.

Important Information

Booking Process:

When potential guests show interest in a booking, we will email them an offer that includes all relevant conditions, e.g., length of stay, daily rate after all discounts, and total rent.

After our guests accept the offer, which is valid for seven days, they will receive an email booking confirmation, including the deposit percentage, the ultimate date for the balance payment, and our banking details.

Reductions and Extra Costs:

Our prices on our list apply to certain booking times: 3-6, 7-13 days,14- 27, 28-59, and 60-89 days. Please enquire about daily costs for stays of 90 nights or more.

Extra-person in the room (occupation more than standard):
No extra costs will be charged for a maximum of 2 children up to 2 years sleeping in a baby cot, which we provide free of charge.

Payment Methods:
Please pay to our account (EFT) free of charge for us, using a credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) or cash payment on the day of arrival (special arrangement only).

Arrival and Departure:
Check-In is not before 2:00 pm / latest 8:00 pm on the day of arrival
Check-Out is not before 7:00 am / at the latest 11:00 am on the day of departure.

In exceptional cases, we work out an individual check-in or check-out time as far as possible. This, of course, depends upon the arrival or departure time of the previous guests, where we have to leave a fair amount of time to clean the units thoroughly.

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 40% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation between 120 and 60 days before stay – 60% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 120 days before stay – 80% of the deposit will be refunded
