Gowrie Farm Golf Estate House 217 is a modern self-catering house located on the secure Gowrie Farm Golf Estate in Nottingham Road, in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. The estate is set in the centre of the popular Midlands Meander tourism route that offers a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, spas, shops and cultural attractions.

House 217 can accommodate up to 8 guests, and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and an enclosed verandah. The first and second bedrooms each contain a king-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have an en suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a laundry area with washing machine, tumble-dryer, and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar with 8-stools. The comfortable TV lounge features a flat-screen TV with full DStv and a sound system, as well as an indoor braai fireplace. The enclosed verandah features a lounge area and a 10-seater dining table and chairs, and has lovely views over the golf course. The cottage is serviced daily.

Important Information

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Recreational motorcycle/vehicle's such as quad bikes and scrambles are not allowed.
Guests are only allowed to drive in the estate if they are appropriately licensed. Guests are not allowed to drive at a speed in excess of 40 kph.
Only licensed drivers may drive a golf cart at the estate.
Caravans, boats, trailers, and trucks, for example, are only allowed by prior arrangement.
The flying of drones are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
The swimming pool and tennis court is out of bounds to all short term rentals guests.
Fishing and fly fishing is only allowed at certain dams. These will be stipulated after booking.
Motorized boats or devices are not allowed.
All residents should respect the rights of other residents by not allowing or causing excessive noise.
No noise shall be permitted during quiet hours, namely before 07h00 on Mondays to Fridays and before 08h00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and after 21h00 from Sundays until Thursdays and after 22h00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Music systems, video players, DVD players, televisions and musical instruments and the like must be maintained at a level so as not to cause a disturbance to other residents.
No large gatherings or unauthorized parties are allowed without express permission.
Only registered guests as per the booking form are permitted to overnight at the booked establishment.
Day visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement. These rules are applicable to day visitors as well.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
