EngelZicht Self-catering Villa offers self-catering accommodation in a tastefully decorated double-storey beach house with sea views from the outside balcony. The villa is situated in the seaside village of Yzerfontein, within close proximity to the beach, harbour, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The house can accommodate up to 6 adults with 2 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds. There is also a double sleeper couch in the living room for children.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. The dining and living room is open-plan and contains a 6-seater dining table, couches, a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels and a DVD player, and an indoor built-in braai. The living area opens to a balcony with outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers, and a built-in braai.

Downstairs, there is a games room with a dartboard, pool table, and a table tennis table. The games room has sliding doors opening to a large covered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. The patio overlooks the swimming pool and fire pit in the garden. Here, guests can relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset with a glass of wine. Parking is available in a double garage.

A refundable breakage deposit of R 1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules
No smoking inside the house.
No pets under any circumstances.
Weekday check-out will be at 10:00
Sunday check-out, if arranged with owner, can be at 15:00.
A non-refundable cleaning fee of R400.

Child Policy:
Children under age of 12, only sleep for free (on request), if there are 6 paying adults. (1 mattress and a double sleeper couch are available). Please mention the age of your children. If child is under 2, proof of age might be required.
If there are less than 6 paying adults, then all children over 2 years pay the same rate as adults would.
