Dolphin Place is a beachfront house that is situated in the seaside village of Southport in Port Shepstone.

The house can accommodate 16 people in 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It has a central communal area with access to the north and the south wing. Each wing has 3 bedrooms. The main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and the other 2 bedrooms each share a bathroom with shower and bath.

On the ground floor is a separate flatlet which accommodates 4 people in 2 open-plan sleeping areas. The flatlet has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a double basin. There is a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster and a lounge area with a TV and full DStv channels.

The second floor of the central unit has an open-plan bar and lounge area with a flat-screen TV, state-of-the-art soundbar and full DStv channels.

The first floor of the central unit includes the dining area which accommodates 16 and the fully equipped kitchen that contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Large folding doors open up from the dining area onto a lovely undercover verandah overlooking the beach with stairs leading down to the ground floor and garden area.

The fully fenced garden offers a swimming pool, braai area, and outdoor shower. The garden has a gate that opens directly onto a path leading to the beach.

All bedding, bath towels and beach towels, as well as complimentary toiletries, milk, tea, and coffee, are supplied upon arrival.

The property has a state-of-the-art security system including beams, cameras, and alarm system as well as secure parking.

Regret, no loud music or noise as this is a residential area.
