Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time. A R650 Key & Breakage deposit is payable with the deposit or on arrival and is refundable within 5 - 7 working days, after house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 365 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
An administrative fee of 15% will apply to all cancellations.
