Minimum 2 day booking is required. Please note that in order to reduce nightly pricing we have separated the mandatory EXIT Cleaning fee. 1 Bed is R395 per booking. 2 Bed is R495 per booking and 3 Bed units have a R595 per booking.
Arrival between 2pm and 5pm unless special permission is granted for a late check in. Full image copy of ID and selfie is required ahead of time for late check ins. Late check in is from 6pm at a fee of R350 if before midnight and R500 if after midnight. Some apartments do not allow check in after 6pm during Covid Lock Down Measures. Please contact our offices to ensure we are aware of your check in time.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
