High on the hill in Constantia, in a beautiful setting one can find the Constantia Vista Estate spoiling guests with spectacular views across the magnificent Constantia Valley and all the way to False Bay.

Constantia Vista has a total of 6 self catering units including the stunning Contantia Vista Main House. This free standing double story house comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms.

The house is beautifully decorated and boasts a large living area with a sleeper couch available for 1 child and also features a billiards table and gas fireplace with an open plan lounge area containing a plasma TV with DSTV, a CD player, DVD and video player with surround sound and a Sony Playstation. ADSL (broadband) connection is also available.

The lounge opens onto a large marble covered patio with a gas BBQ and an outdoor bath.

The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. An iron and ironing board is also supplied. The dining area is elegant and features a table with chairs and enough space to seat 8 guests while overlooking the swimming pool area.

Both bedrooms are found upstairs. The main bedroom is spacious and features a king size bed, TV with DSTV and a CD player. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV with DSTV. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have underfloor heating.

There is a full family bathroom with a bath and shower as well as an outside shower. All linen and towels as well as a hairdryer is supplied. A guest toilet is found downstairs.

Please note that due to the layout of the property, no children under the age of 10 years are allowed at the Constantia Vista Estate.
