**There is construction taking place in the apartment until mid November 2025. While were not entirely sure what the noise levels will be like, we do know that work is scheduled to happen between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 2:00pm on Fridays. There is no work over the weekends.

If you do find the noise to be disruptive, during your stay, were happy to offer a 20% discount for any days youre inconvenienced. Additionally, if youre unhappy at any point during your stay, youre more than welcome to check out early, and well provide a full refund for any nights you havent used.**

To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests and neighbours, please review the key terms of the property rental below.

Booking & Payment
Booking is confirmed only once full payment, ID documents, Damage Waiver, and signed agreement are received.
50% deposit secures dates; balance due 30 days before arrival.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in after 2 PM; check-out before 10 AM.
Early/late requests confirmed one day before.
Arrivals/departures between 6:30 PM–7 AM incur a R500 call-out fee.

Cancellations
Refund Option:
30% admin fee applies.
No refunds within 2 weeks of arrival.

Future Credit Option:
Valid for 1 year.
One date change allowed.
Booking may be moved to another managed property.
Not available within 2 weeks of arrival.

Guest Limits
Only the guests listed on the agreement may be on the property.
Extra guests = immediate eviction.

Conduct & Noise
No loud noise, music, shouting, or disturbances at any time.
Noise complaints = immediate eviction.
No smoking indoors; hookah/hubbly prohibited.
No parties or events.
Only approved private chefs permitted.
No external service staff allowed.

Guest Responsibilities
Pay for damages beyond normal wear.
Alarm must be set whenever the property is left unoccupied or overnight.
No subletting or unapproved visitors.
Aircon: max 8 hours/day; not below 19°C.
Secure cushions and outdoor items during high wind.
