The house features also include a swimming pool, a fire boma, large open areas for kids to play, access to the river and cycling tracks, a double garage, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Showmax and full DStv.

The beautifully furnished container sleeps a couple, and has its own private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living area, and its own covered patio deck with a dart board and outdoor furniture. A third person or a child can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in the lounge. The container also has its own braai fire pit.

Wake up to the glorious sunrise over Simola Golf Course in the East and sip cocktails on the deck while you savour the spectacular sunset over the historic Red Bridge in the West. The Estate is very peaceful with no nearby neighbours and has access to many nearby walking trails and cycle rides.
