A refundable breakage deposit of R4900 is payable directly to the establishment.

Minimum age for booking is 27.
Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30.

A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 nights' stay will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 5 working days after departure, on condition no breakages have been found.

Monday – Friday, between 08:00 and 15:00. A specific time slot will be allocated and communicated to guests.
Weekends & Public Holidays at an extra cost - 24-hour prior arrangement required.
Linen change every 6 days.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
