Chris To Theo is a well-equipped 3 story house in the private residential area of Paradise Beach, situated in Langebaan just 100 km from Cape Town on the West Coast, off the R27. The house has the most breathtaking sea views of Langebaan Lagoon and Saldanha Bay and is only a 5-minute walk from the Caribbean-like beaches.

The house consists of 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms. The main en-suite bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a TV, the second is furnished with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, and kettle. This is connected with the open-plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has a large flat screen TV with DStv access and sliding doors leading out onto a big open-plan balcony with beautiful sea views, a braai area, and a table for outside dining.

Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, kite surfing, yachting, angling and much more in the warm turquoise waters. Langebaan enjoys a moderate climate with cool air and long sunlit days. In winter it is not too cold and the long summer days are never unbearably hot. The West Coast National Park is worth a visit to see the variety of flora and fauna which this unique eco-system has to offer and the ecological history of Langebaan can be viewed at the West Coast Fossil Park.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R700 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

Guests are expected to sign a rental agreement with the establishment on confirmation of the booking.

- Excessive noise and loud music are not allowed.
- Only guests as per the booking confirmation will be allowed.
- No smoking is permitted in the property.
- Pets are not allowed on the property, except by special arrangement for guide dogs to aid handicapped or visually impaired guests.
- If any item is missing, broken or damaged at the time of departure, the replacement value will be deducted from the deposit.
- If there are stains on the linen, the linen will be replaced and the replacement value will be deducted from the deposit.
- The breakage deposit is normally refunded within 14 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
