Cape Breaks Accommodation offers contemporary styled self-catering accommodation in the St Martini Gardens complex in Cape Town. The apartments are selected and managed by us to ensure that quality standards are met. All units are available for short-term holiday rentals as well as corporate short and medium term letting. They are ideally located for holidaymakers, business people and visiting academics.

The apartments have views of either The Company’s Gardens, Table Mountain, the city or the private garden and pool. The apartments are fully equipped for self-catering, and feature satellite TV as well as free Wi-Fi connectivity. All linens are supplied and the apartments are serviced weekly. Extra cleaning can also be arranged on request, at a fee.

The St Martini Gardens complex has 24-hour security, a laundry and its own beautiful private garden with a large pool. Secure parking is also available, on request.

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R450 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the establishment.

The balance of the accommodation amount is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable breakage/key deposit of R1200 will be required on arrival.
The number of guests staying in an apartment may not exceed the number stipulated under the apartment information provided at the time of making the booking.
Parking is available in the building's secure parking garage at R55/day.
Please let us know about an early arrival or late departure as this may require an extra day's booking. Late night arrivals must be arranged beforehand and will incur a R200 surcharge which is payable on arrival.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
