In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R450 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
One set of keys is provided for the Penthouse. The cost of replacement keys and remote control is R750.00.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony and outdoors. Kindly do not smoke in the Penthouse.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
