Please note:
- photo ID needs to be presented at check-in and must match the profile
- the passport of the main guest will be held in a safe on-site and will be returned to you after checkout
- if a ID card/ drivers license is provided then a utility bill in the same name needs to be presented
- Please note that house rules apply. A copy of our rules will be provided at check-in. Guests found breaking the rules will risk forfeiting their deposit.
- No pets or animals allowed in the house under any circumstances. Guests found allowing pets/ animals in the house will forfeit their deposit.
- No smoking in the house under any circumstances. Guests found smoking indoors will forfeit their security deposit. Guests are permitted to smoke on the balcony but are requested to dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray provided.
- No parties or events are allowed without prior authorisation with the property manager. Regardless the following rules apply: no guests allowed after 23:00 and no loud noise allowed after 23:00.
- Late check-in: Our normal check-in time is between 15:00 and 22:00. A late check-in fee of R300 is payable for guests arriving after 22:00 (even if this is due to unforeseen travel delays).
- Certain family amenities including the travel crib and high chair are available subject to a once-off handling fee. Please enquire should you require these amenities.

You must also acknowledge:
Amenity limitations - Bedroom 3 does not come with A/C, an ensuite bathroom or external windows. It has a ceiling fan and is located right next to the 3rd bathroom.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to R15000

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation for 48 hours. After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.
