Overview

Boschoek Farmstay offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious 4 bedroom farmhouse situated on a 160 hectare working avocado and macadamia nut farm. Boschoek Farm is located off the R36 between Tzaneen and Modjadjiskloof in Limpopo down a 4km dirt road.

This is the original homestead and is part of a complex of 3 homes. Enjoy the large lounge with pub, fireplace and pool table. The spacious kitchen includes a dining nook and is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a Queen size bed. The second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The second bathroom has a walk in shower (wheelchair freindly), basin and a toilet. We have recently completed renovations on the fourth bedroom with king size bed. This bedroom is also ensuite with a open plan cupboard. The bathroom has a walk in shower (wheelchair freindly) as well as a bath, basin and toilet.

Games, puzzles and a box of toys for young children are housed in the TV cabinet. Enjoy the dartboard, pool table and ping pong table. A basic DStv package is provided or bring your own decoder. There is a DVD player and DVDs. Look out towards the pool and mountains from the front veranda. Free wifi.

Enjoy the swimming pool, fish in the dam, mountain bike from the front door, play pool or table tennis, or relax and enjoy the surroundings. Guests are also welcome to visit the working avocado and macadamia nut farm. A diversity of wildlife can be found on the farm, Hippopotamus can regularly be seen in the dam, and the cry of Fish Eagle can often be heard.

On a night drive, you may even spot Porcupine, Side-striped Jackal, Bushbuck, Duiker, Genet or a civet cat. Thick Tailed, as well as Lesser, Bushbaby visit occasionally at night. We also have the nocturnal and rarely seen White tailed Mongoose on the farm. Boschoek Farmstay is situated 1.5 hours from Kruger National Park's Phalaborwa Gate.

This is a non smoking establishment. Guests may smoke outside. We have 3 friendly dogs.

- ID/Passport is required at check-in.
- Credit card used for 50% deposit paid online to be present at check-in.
- DStv Access package is available or guests may bring their own DStv decoder.
- Swimming towels and cot linen are not included.
- This is a non-smoking home. There are 3 friendly dogs that live next door.
- Please note our checkin desk closes at 5pm. If unable to checkin before then, please let us know.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
