The Space (Detailed Description: 300 - 500 words)
This characteristic, self-catering studio apartment is located in the lively suburb of Sea Point on the Atlantic Seaboard. The apartment is minutes away from the City Centre as well as the all time favourite V & A Waterfront . It’s also within close proximity to some of Cape Town's most beautiful beaches, where you can spend the day bathing in the sun and enjoying the waves while admiring the raw beauty of Table Mountain.

The apartment features a cosy living room area, with a warm red and brown theme ,which has a sleeper couch, two single couches as well as a smart TV with access to Netflix/Youtube and other streaming platforms which gives the viewer a variety of options for a movie night with a bowl of popcorn and snacks. To your right you will find the the quaint and unique kitchenette with dark blue tiling , which is fully equipped with all modern necessities including a stove, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and not forgetting the utensils, crockery and cutlery for nights when you feel like cooking a delicious home-made dish.

Moving onto the bedroom ,which follows the the same brown and red theme. Here you will find a spacious queen size bed with a wooden headboard, complemented by bedside tables on both sides and above the headboard you will see a old fashioned ,circular-orange-tinted, glass window. The room also comes with air-conditioning. The en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower has good space with a nice blue themed decor. Your bedroom then leads to the furnished balcony with views of Sea Point and a partial glimpse of the sea.Enjoy a conversation and a meal on the balcony while looking at the lights of Sea Point while admiring the night sky. It is the perfect space to wind down and to absorb the sights of the area.

Enjoy the waves in the sun at Graaf’s Pool and Milton’s Beach, which is located on the main road (M6) , it is a mere 8min walk or 3min drive from the the apartment.

You can get around using public transport, there is a MyCity bus stop (Number 105) right across from the apartment , which can take you to the beach and other desired destinations.

There are a variety of cuisines to choose from when looking for a restaurant that are all within a 1km range from the apartment.

You never have to look far for an activity, right on the beach they provide Kayak and Canoe Services(1.2Km from apartment) , play a game of putt-putt(1.4Km) , enjoy a walk in Green Point Park (1.6Km/5min drive) or take a day to take a cable car on Table Mountain (7.7Km/13min)

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit of R1000 is payable before or upon check in. This amount is determined by the size and standard of the apartment and may be changed, at anytime, at owner’s / management’s discretion. The deposit is payable via Cash, EFT or the Secure Payment Link sent to you by CTHA or the Check In Host.

Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

ARRIVALS:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

HOUSE RULES (include but not limited to)
- No Smoking allowed in the property
- No pets allowed
- No parties , shouting , loud noise or general disturbances of any kind
- Quiet hours between 8pm and 8am

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 0% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.

15% administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
