31B Watt is a magnificent double-storey self-catering holiday home situated in Gordon’s Bay in the heart of the old village, 5 minutes’ walk from the beach. It has the most awesome uninterrupted panoramic views overlooking False Bay with Table Mountain in the distance. The beautiful Hottentots Holland Mountains loom behind it. The entire front of the lounge has glass sliding doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the bay.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, an upstairs guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and twin washbasins. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a double-door fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. There are 2 lounge areas, the first contains a flat-screen TV, and the second has a built-in braai area. Sliding doors open to the balcony. Secure parking is available.

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R800 cleaning fee per booking.

Guest is requested to arrange approximate arrival time with host, in order to meet at the property for a warm welcome and key collection.

The establishment will ask the guest to produce a valid ID upon arrival. Only the guest that booked and made payment will be handed the key unless prior arrangements are made with the host.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival on confirmed bookings made for dates between 15 December and 15 January, forfeit 100% of deposit.
