You can now stay at this newly renovated luxury 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom pink cottage in De Waterkant. De Waterkant is also known as the gay village of Cape Town. Situated in the heart of Cape Town within the upmarket trendy neighbourhood of De Waterkant, a sub-district of Green Point, Cape Town.

The cottage is centrally located within walking distance to all local amenities such as V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Central Business District, Cape Town International Convention Centre, Bo-Kaap, Green Point Stadium Park and trendy Cape Quarter shopping centre. Easily accessible to major car hire firms, MyCiti Bus route, and just a short drive to Sea Point beach promenade, Clifton beach and Camps Bay.

The pink cottage offers 2 separate bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom is located at the front side of the cottage and offers double height ceilings, cosy fireplace and wooden flooring. Here you find the first Queen Extra Length bed, the decoration is in warm yellow gold tones. This bedroom has his own private bathroom with walk-in rain shower, basin and toilet and view towards the patio. At the backside of the cottage, you will find the second bedroom with Queens Extra Length bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. This bedroom features an open design clothing rack and mirror. In the room you will find art inspired on old Dutch paintings with a very modern twist to it.

At the central part of the cottage, you will find the open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge area features a 4-seater sofa, 2 comfortable chairs and a smart tv connected to the highspeed fibre network. In the kitchen part you will find a marble round table with 4 chairs. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils. From the lounge area you have access to the patio via 3 glass swing doors. On the patio you will find a wooden table with 4 chairs and cushions, a sunbed and plants. On the patio you can also enjoy an outside shower in the sun. This is the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine after a long day in town or at the beach.

Complimentary uncapped Fibre internet is provided.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
- Please note that the rate does not include a mandatory Admin/Departure cleaning Fee.

Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 0% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.
