* All rates are exclusive of a 1% Tourism Levy, this will be an additional amount.

* Room Number will only be given on arrival. No Specific room numbers can be booked.

* Check-in time is from 14h00 onwards and check-out time is no later than 11h00, unless prior arrangements have been made, subject to availability. Should you require the room prior to 14h00, you may reserve the room from the night before, at the full daily rate. Rooms are only allocated on the day of arrival, therefore specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.

* Bookings must be made and confirmed 48 hours prior to date of arrival, via our hotel reservations department.

- Guarantee/Payment Policy:
* In order to guarantee the above reservation, please indicate your guarantee preference on the section below and fax it back to us within two working days of receiving this confirmation. Should we receive no response from you on the above during the allocated time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at which time you will be advised in writing.

* During off-peak periods, a 50% deposit is required in order to guarantee your reservation.
* During peak periods, a 100% deposit is required in order to guarantee your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY:
* Reservations which are cancelled after at least 30 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable.
* Reservations which are cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the total booked value.
* Reservations which are cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of the total booked value.
* A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification to the Hotel.
* In the case of a no-show, a 100% no-show fee of the total booked value will be charged.

* No food or drink, including alcohol, may be brought onto the property.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
