- Payment or 50% deposit is required prior to arrival in order to secure the booking
- 100% deposit for 1 night stays
- Balance of payment due 7 days before arrival
- Rates include 15% VAT
- Children need to be accompanied by at least 1 adult in a room or suite
- Children under the age of 6 stay free, although a once-off fee of R400.00
is applicable for a baby cot or children's bed
- 50% of the room rate is applicable for children between the age of 7 - 12
- Breakfast is served from 08:00 - 10:00 daily unless prior arrangements have been made
- Lunch reservations could be made at 96 Winery Road Restaurant on Monday - Sunday
- Dinner reservations could be made at 96 Winery Road Restaurant on Monday - Saturday
- Alternative restaurants are available for reservations on Sunday nights
- Check in daily between 14:00 - 17:00, late check in arrangements could be
made prior to arrival.
- Check out daily by 10:00.
- Late or early check in is possible, subject to availability and at an additional
cost (minimum of 50% of rack rate)

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
