To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged. Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card. Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred. It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property. Payment Terms In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking. A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We charge a once-off per booking fee of R550. Smoking Policy All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana. A minimum fine of R10 000 will be charged if smoking, narghile, shisha, goza, hookah, water pipes, battery powered electronic smoking devices or any other activity that burns tobacco (or similar) takes place indoors on the property or guests/tenants may be requested to vacate the property or both. You will be billed additionally for the cleaning of the property. Liability The tenant/guest accepts liability for all minors and all visitors to the property.
