Situated within close proximity to the Yacht Club, Lagoon View Villa is a beautiful self-catering holiday home ideally located in the heart of Myburgh Park, Langebaan. It could be an ideal option for either a group of friends or a family getaway on the West Coast.

This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Another bath and shower are available in the second bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a rustic and stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as scullery with a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating and a fireplace for guests to enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to the dining space is a lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen Smart TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

The top level opens onto a balcony which is an ideal spot for a morning coffee while overlooking the lagoon. The ground level opens onto a spacious garden and covered patio with an outdoor dining table as well as a built-in braai. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property. Wifi.
