Kiaat Bungalows is ideally situated on a farm in the Sabie Valley, bordering to the Sabie River with an abundance of bird life in a beautiful quiet nature environment.

The accommodation comprises of 3 fully equipped, private self-catering cottages and 2 loft rooms that share ablution facilities. Each cottage has its own private braai area with starter wood and the first bag of charcoal provided free of charge.

There is a swimming pool available to guests as well as the property is secured with an electric fence and automatic gate.

We are approximately 8 km from the Phabeni Gate entrance to the Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route is a lovely day drive away. The town of Hazyview is within 2km for guests convenience.

The full balance must be paid 3 days before arrival, no monies will be accepted on the property.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
