Overview

De Cango farm is situated just outside Oudtshoorn, at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains, close to the historical Cango Caves. The farm is completely “off the grid” and we run on solar power, wood-burning stoves and gas. De Cango is a game breeding farm with buffalos and antelope and we grow lucerne and lavender.

There are 6 separate en suite bedrooms situated 100m from the main entertainment area in the forest and they have private entrances and balconies.

We are centrally located to explore the Klein Karoo with easy day trips to Prins Albert, Calitzdorp and De Rust. The area is renowned for ostriches, olive and wine farms, MTB trails, trail running and the Cango Caves.
