The 22 meters long swimming pool and patio lend themselves brilliantly for day-time relaxation and witnessing the beautifully blissful South African sunset.

Our rooms offer our guests a warm ambiance, with clear views of the ocean and direct access to the spacious deck and pool area. In our large en-suite bathrooms, guests can indulge in our exclusive BVLGARI amenities.

Confirmed bookings will not be affected by any changes to our rates. We reserve the right to alter our rates depending on applicable criteria. Rates quoted include breakfast. (except promo).

Regrettably no wheelchair accessibility and only children over 14 years are allowed.

Bookings are considered confirmed on receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of premature departure, the full extent of stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

Reservations are only considered as cancelled if received in writing and confirmed by Compass House.

The client is liable for any losses, breakages or damages of any kind on the premises. Your booking is accepted on the basis that you and all other persons in your party have suitable travel and health insurance for your stay .

While every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions on these premises, the owners of Compass House, their staff, their agents and employees are not responsible for any illness, death or physical injury to persons or loss or damage to your property arising from or connected with the holiday booked by yourselves.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 29 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
